Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy, and each day has its own vibration according to the planet that looks after that day of the week. The idea here is that we're aware of that energy—and we work with it. MONDAYS are ruled by the moon, and lunar energy is shadowy, emotional stuff. It's watery, with unconscious energy coming to the surface.
