I'm a huge fan of watching sports documentaries or miniseries that follow and feature different big names in their specialized sports. Whether it's golf, baseball, football, or even racing, I love the behind-the-scenes sessions where you get to see how these amazing athletes deal with stress and the mind games that they play with themselves. One thing that I notice consistently is that the most successful have one thing in common: a strong mind game.We all play mind games but it's those individuals who overcome our self-doubt or stinking thinking and internal mind games who achieve the type of long-term success that everyone dreams of. It's especially true where the playing field is level.
