As RN-BSNs who are still actively practicing, we discuss what it truly means to pay your dues in this field.

I, Monique, share how I intentionally built my platform @IamNurseMo, while Sheena opens up about her rapid rise on social media with @KeepingItKinky and what that journey has looked like for her. I also talk about my time living in the tropics and how it shaped my perspective, while Sheena reflects on navigating viral moments and growth in real time.
