sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything. — 2 Corinthians 6:10Paul lived in the tension that every believer knows — sorrowful yet always rejoicing, poor yet making many rich, having nothing yet possessing everything. You can be hard-pressed on every side without being crushed because your joy isn't rooted in circumstances. We rejoice in the hope of the glory of God, and we even glory in tribulations. Though you haven't seen Him, you love Him, and you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. God is able to make all grace abound toward you.
