Morning — February 28 — John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. — John 3:16God's love begins in His own heart, never in what we deserve. The cross is a trade: Christ took our sin so we receive His righteousness. Since God has already reconciled the world, our peace with Him depends on His finished work, not our effort. Everyone who receives this reconciliation is then sent to carry the same message to others.
