Morning — January 16 — Colossians 1:19

For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him, — Colossians 1:19Because the Father has put all fullness and authority in the Son, believers are complete in Christ and lack no spiritual resource. Every power and ruler answers to Jesus, so the Christian's security rests on His sovereign rule, not on changing circumstances. Union with this all-sufficient Christ means the Father's love for the Son becomes the believer's lifelong supply of grace.
