So Hagar gave this name to the LORD who had spoken to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “Here I have seen the One who sees me!” — Genesis 16:13"You are a God who sees me". Hagar spoke those words in the wilderness, a rejected slave woman—and she called God "El Roi. Know when I sit and when I rise; You discern my thoughts from afar. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, watching the evil and the good. No creature is hidden from His sight. But here's the wonder: He doesn't just see you—He sees you and cares.
