Morning — March 13 — 1 Timothy 2:5

For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, — 1 Timothy 2:5The singularity of the mediator means our access to God rests entirely on what Christ has done in history, never on what we contribute. This exclusivity lifts the burden of salvation off our shoulders and places it fully on the Son. Because our standing is anchored in His finished work, we are free from the fear that we might need another path to the Father.
