I chirp like a swallow or crane; I moan like a dove. My eyes grow weak as I look upward. O Lord, I am oppressed; be my security.” — Isaiah 38:14Real faith lets deep pain be heard, yet it knows suffering does not write the final story. Because believers already hold citizenship in heaven, their current groaning is not the end; endurance is how a people secured by God's promise wait. The same mercy that saves the soul will complete the work, and the returning Savior guarantees that every cry of distress becomes certain gladness.
