Morning — March 20 — Psalm 119:130

The unfolding of Your words gives light; it informs the simple. — Psalm 119:130The illumination of the heart by God's Word marks a fundamental shift in human nature—the passive darkness of sin is replaced by active participation in saving truth. This new light does not originate within the believer's intuition but enters from outside, through the objective clarity of the gospel. Such transformation establishes the foundation for a genuinely holy life, one that flows from the cleansing work of Christ rather than from moral self-improvement.
