Morning — March 21 — Revelation 3:2

Wake up and strengthen what remains, which was about to die; for I have found your deeds incomplete in the sight of My God. — Revelation 3:2God's call to wakefulness is an act of grace, for the same God who warns of destruction also pledges to strengthen and uphold His people. The nearness of the end does not produce anxiety; it drives the righteous to live by faith, trusting that God's help will sustain them even as they confront the prowling adversary. Thus, perseverance in watchfulness is itself a gift of the God who promises never to let His own slip from His hand.
