Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ — Matthew 6:31-32This is not a call to irresponsibility—it is a call to trust the Father who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies. “If He did not spare His own Son, how will He not freely give us all things?” Anxiety is practical atheism; faith remembers that the One who numbers the hairs on your head can certainly handle tomorrow's needs. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything let your requests be known to God—that is the exchanged life.
