Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. — Romans 12:2Don't be squeezed into the world's mold—be transformed by the renewing of your mind, because the world presses in from every side and friendship with it is enmity with God. You can't renovate the old life; you need a whole new mind, and that's what God gives you in Christ—you've been taught to put off the old self and put on the new, created after God in true righteousness and holiness. Stop loving the world—it's passing away.
