The story that carries on the linage from the original Mortal Kombat dates and now is 20 years into the future. A cool concept of having everyone age with the series and now there is a brand-new assortment of fresh faces and of course the Kombat Kids.Still, the gameplay is just as fun as ever, Raiden is still goofing things up, and the story is filled with all kinds of twists and turns. Though this one really does feel like you are missing an in-between MK game between 9 and 10. Of course, that's also where that DC Comics prequel fits in too.
