Mosima holds a BA degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Science. She also holds a Sales and Marketing Management Diploma.Mosima joined Talent Africa, when her company, Simas Executive Search, merged with Talent Africa on the 1st of November 2011. She is a Shareholder and a Director of Talent Africa’s Executive Search division and she heads up the Research Department.Mosima founded her company in 2007. Mosima has over 11 years experience in executive search. She has extensive industry and functional knowledge which enables her to provide practical and cost-effective, sound recommendations to assist clients in meeting their recruitment requirements. Mosima has a network of diverse, high caliber professionals and entrepreneurs. She brings extensive international search experience to Talent Africa and has successfully conducted high-level international and local searches in a wide range of industries such as in media, telecommunications, mining, engineering, oil and gas, health care, financial services and for various large state-owned enterprises.Mosima holds a BA degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Science.
