Whether you're glued to Instagram, scrolling TikTok, or just living your daily life, your algorithm is running in the background, feeding you content, ideas, and energy — and most of us haven't stopped to ask: is what I'm being fed actually serving me? I shared how I used to not even like social media because everything I saw felt like WorldStar or TMZ — nothing positive, nothing productive, nothing that was feeding my growth. But over the past four years, I've intentionally curated my algorithm around finance, fitness, health, social justice, and finding good deals — and I want to challenge you to do the same thing. I even broke down the heartbeat monitor as a metaphor: your life has a rhythm, a pace, a pattern — and you need to know what yours is so you can protect it.
