Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  This month, it's Keleigh's turn to mandate a Double Feature and she's selected the superhero shenanigans of Hulk and The Incredible Hulk.
