Angry community members in Carolina, Mpumalanga are planning to shutdown the area in protest over poor service delivery. The community accuses the Chief Luthuli Municipality of forcing them to pay for ineffective services. Among their concerns are the poor quality of water, and high electricity prices. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter, Michael Mdhuli.
