That’s where he’s from carrying on the legacies like Muddy Waters, BB King, and Howlin’ Wolf. They were also from Mississippi. Mr. Sipp’s song “Too Much Water” is about him moving on and no more fussing and fighting with his woman. She wants to give their relationship another shot, but he thinks they are better off if they were just friends, and he couldn’t get over what she did.
