Ms. Smart Wants Her 1991 Conviction Thrown Out

Here, we provide commentary, opinions and pure speculation regarding the 1991 conviction of New Hampshire teacher Pamela Smart who was accused of convincing her 15 year student to un-alive her 23 year old husband, Gregory Smart. This past week, Ms. Smart was back in a New Hampshire courtroom at a hearing on her Petition for Habeas Corpus in seeking to have her conviction thrown out.
