MSM Claims Payne Found the Sheath 2 Not 4 Hours After First Responder Arrived

Payne arrived 2 hours after the first responder called for help (approximately noon) when the Affidavit of Probable Cause signed by Det. Payne under penalty of perjury on Dec. 29, 2022 states he arrived at 4 PM.The information reported this date continues to raise questions of how could five initial reporting officers have missed it.
