Tyler Kalachnik is a partner in and vice chair of the Firm's Public Finance Group. Tyler has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower's counsel for both long-term and short-term financings involving the pledge of revenues, taxes or a combination thereof. Tyler also has experience in transactions involving letters of credit, standby bond purchase agreements, interest rate and commodity swaps.Tyler has participated in financings including single and multi-family housing projects, airports, municipal gas utilities, prepaid natural gas transactions, municipal water utilities, Indiana's State Revolving Fund Program, solid waste disposal facilities, 501(c)(3) organizations&nbsp; and temporary loan warrants for political subdivisions and school corporations.
