# Music and Dance are probably the best stress busters.

We both have it in our blood, whenever there is some loud music, it tempts us to dance. She is like a Pro, but I still don't give up. I discovered this video from our last trip, and was surprised to find our son capturing this, when we were enjoying. He is laughing at the end, which means, he also enjoys it. And I feel, music and dance is some great therapy for everyday stress, agree ? Should I join a dance class to try to match her ?( I know, it won't be that perfect though.) Do you love to dance ?
