Send us Fan MailIn this episode I chat with the supremely gifted and talented artiste Annalie Prime, she is a Roots-Pop singer, songwriter, and producer from the twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. She is known for popularizing a distinct fusion of roots genres like Calypso, Reggae, Folk, Soul and Hip Hop. In 2020, Annalie released both her debut novel "Periwinkled Paradise” and an album entitled  "I Think Too Much" which both revolve around the topic of mental health and self-improvement. She describes the album as journal entries turned into sound. She recently released her sophomore album entitled "Nine" which is a dedication to feminine energy and to women. Listen as we chat about her passion for music, and the path to becoming the kind of artiste she wants to be.
