In this fun-filled episode, we're joined by  JP and Kat, who are an amazing married duo, whose music has been featured on beloved shows like Seseme street, Gabby's Dollhouse, Blaze and the Monster Machine, Pigeon Finds a Hotdog, Blues Clues, and MORE. They are Emmy award winners and parents to two kiddos who have busy brains just like you and I do!  They share how they create songs that help kids learn, remember important skills, and build memory throughout the day!  We're also joined by our new 8 year old friend ADDEE, who shares how music helps her ADHD brain move throughout her daily routines, manage big feelings, abd stay regulated when life feels overwhelming.  Together we explore, Why music is such a powerful tool for ADHD brains. How songs can improve memory and help us remember routines, or to simply put things away. Using music to build momentum when it's hard to get started. How music can help move through big emotion moments. You will hear three fabulous jingles written by Kat and JP that you can start using right away...
