Music is My Church with Dahi

You are not alone in your creativity, whether it is music, filmmaking, or another expression. The ability to create offers many opportunities to heal, connect and transform everyone it encounters. Devi sits with Grammy-winning producer Dahi who shares how his upcoming project, Black Boy Alternative, came from long seasons of self-reflection, false starts, and finally a “let God in the room” jam session approach that unlocked the story he actually wanted to tell. He explains why music can be his church, what it means to be a “Black Boy” outside the box, and offers simple yet extremely important soul work: “pray…give thanks…ask for guidance” so the weight isn’t all on you.
