Dear friends, Welcome to my #bilingual #storytelling #podcast "Speakable Secrets 能说的秘密“ with original composition as background music. Today's episode is purely in English, and it is a story that I only feel safe to share in my second language, English, yet would never be able to say in my mother tongue peacefully. It is all about my soul's solace during times of mourning since the age of nine; it is all about how this original jazz ballad of mine, "Twilight in April 暮色里的四月" was born in my #grieving path. #death made me a #composer of music. Alongside the #solitude of my #sorrow on my grieving path towards #acceptance , I decided to offer this original #jazzballad I composed for my deceased brother to anyone in this world who is suffering the loss of a beloved one...Initially, music composition was a self-built bridge connecting my brother in spirit. As time and life experiences shaped me to be more developmentally mature and awakened, I realized that the common yet vast suffering of intimate death spreading its pain across our shared human experience. In facing the pain of loss, restoration is essential for healers and those needing #healing . I strive to invite people to converge, belong, and commune to support and uplift one another in our most #vulnerable times. May this episode, alongside my #originalmusic, do just like this.
