My 2022 Year in Review

This is a very special episode where I take you through my 2022 year in review. I know that it’s a common trait of most entrepreneurs to always be looking forward, so I love to take the opportunity to reflect and celebrate.We head back to January and review the goals I set and what I really wanted from this year. I share with you what came to life and what my highlights and low points of the year were, both business-wise and personally. Then I take you into next year and run through what I’m planning and what I want 2023 to look like.On reflection, 2022 has been a really interesting year. I achieved some really big goals, but I also feel like not a lot shifted and changed this year in a big way, so we explore how and why that was.The intention that I set for this year was for it to be the year of allowing and amplifying. I explain what those concepts mean to me and how I feel that I very much lived into those words. I also share what transpired for each of my goals.Excitingly, I had the goal to achieve $1 million cash in a 12-month period and we achieved that, mid-year! Once I hit that goal, I started to look at other metrics, including more spaciousness and what this has meant for our monthly revenue. I also share why I’ve surrendered timelines around some of my goals, and how this can be a really important step in achieving your big goals sometimes.I also share how the ways I measure success have really changed for me this year. I’ve moved to focus more on how I feel about life, the depth of my relationships and the quality of the work that I'm doing as ways to measure successThis year has had some really big highs, but it’s also had some really big lows. I open up about some personal challenges because I really want you to know that you can run a successful business and be navigating hard things at the same time.Next year feels exciting and playful! I want to provide more offers and different marketing strategies in my business and get out of my comfort zone.
