I share my 5 tips on self-care. After taking a few days off to my self, I remembered why self-care is so important. It re-energized my spirits and made me feel full with positive emotions. I was able to give back to others and show up for them. All of this could not have happen with out doing self-care and putting my self first. This action has not been an easy process because I had to learn this as an adult. Being Latinx I did not see this take place within my family, I am breaking the cycle of trauma to start a new process of positivity and feeling phenomenal.
