MY 6 DAYS with YIANNIS KOUROS | Day 1 Stats | Episode 6.0

In the Spring of 2013, I finally did a Fixed Timed Ultra (Beyond Limits 24 Hour / 93 Miles) and then I find out THE GOAT is coming to Across The Years to run a 6 Day Race. This episode I talk about my Day One observations.  Yiannis and I both started formal athletic training and started running races at the age of sixteen.
