My BF Won't Go Down on Me + Recovering People Pleaser

One girl who doesn't know if she should stay with or leave her boyfriend, who "is great" but won't go down on her.  Dear Mish,My BF won't go downtown, but is a great guy. Keep him or keep moving? I have my thoughts...The second question is about a woman whose people pleasing tendencies are getting in the way of her living her best life. Dear Mish,Do you have any advice on how to tell people in your life no? I struggle with this so much. The idea of having someone be mad at me after I tell them no, or even worse, not like me, is more then I can handle. The problem is I am burnt out. I am always the one volunteering, getting my friends kids off the bus, picking someone up. How do I stop being such a people pleaser?
