Remember being told at University that the aim of your subjective assessment was to identify a hypothesis... Then test out this hypothesis using your objective assessment? Sounds simple in theory... But not quite as simple in real life right!!! You already know this. Every patient is different and that is why it is not as easy as just doing x, y or z, like the textbooks and your University lecturers told you.
