MY EXPERIENCE FILLETING A TUNA

It all started when I was really craving some salmon. We went to the local souk (Moroccan market), and I saw a fish stall. I asked if they had salmon, and they gave me a tuna by accident. I actually didn't know it was tuna until halfway through filleting it, when I realized it wasn't a salmon and then I was like 'You know what? I'm gonna cook it anyway!) Actually this was the second time I have filleted a tuna. Today my video is about how I filleted it and also grilled it over fire. It tasted really good. I'm really happy with how it came oupt.
