My Live Wires of Fear, Pain, Negativity

Create expansion and beauty in all my relationships, that's what I want to do, BUT... What do I do when I realize I've been walking around with live wires of fear, pain and negativity??? I have no idea! I've begun to see (all too clearly!) how I have these live wires, and how they effect my relationships, with self, other, and Other.
