Je HR jen o náboru a životopisech? Už dávno ne. Jeho skutečnou rolí je pomáhat budovat týmy, ve kterých budou lidé fungovat dlouhodobě a cítit se patřičně a bezpečně.
Hostem této epizody je Veronika Horáková, šéfka péče o lidi v Air Bank. Povídaly jsme si o tom, jak se za poslední roky proměnil svět HR, proč už nestačí jen dobře napsané CV a jakou roli dnes hraje LinkedIn, firemní kultura nebo obyčejná lidská chemie. Došlo i na red flags při pohovorech, větu „My se vám ozveme“ nebo na to, proč je někdy mnohem důležitější vybrat člověka do týmu než jen na konkrétní pozici.

Jak skládat týmy a co dělat s  „traviči studní“?
Velkou část rozhovoru jsme věnovaly ženám na pracovním trhu. O stereotypu mateřství, návratu do práce, neviditelnosti starších žen i o tom, že dobrý pracovní vztah je partnerství, ve kterém musí hledat společnou cestu zaměstnavatel i zaměstnanec. A nakonec jsme si odpověděly i na otázku, kterou dnes slýcháme ze všech stran: „Jsou lidi a je práce?“
