my social battery is always low - #21

people know me as a very extrovert person personally. but they never knew that my social battery is always low. but it really depends on the people i hang out with. if it's with big crowds, people i'm not fit in, not the right people, or just mentally and physically tired. my battery drains. so let's talk about my social battery on why is it low, what happens to me, what do i do, my reflections, etc.
