My source of resistance

I keep falling back on the thought, "the solution to every problem is for me to be more honest with myself".  Now, I'm wanting to solve the problem of resistance to doing what I know is good for me to do.  This podcast is part of that effort to reduce my resistance to thriving at continually higher levels.
