My thoughts create my emotions

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

My thoughts may be accurate or inaccurate.  Either way they create my emotions.  The best way I've found to minimize the impact of negative thoughts is to acknowledge their existence and inspect them to determine if they're accurate.  In most cases they are not accurate.  By inspecting the negative thoughts  I find myself having positive thoughts that are accurate and the impact of. the negative thoughts are weakened.  In the few cases where the negative thoughts are accurate, it points to behavior that needs to be changed to avoid negative outcomes. Once again we see,  being aware of our thoughts and the power to choose which we act on and believe in has a huge impact in our life. I offer thought coaching which supports you in being more of your thoughts and the power you have to decide which thoughts to act on.  To schedule a free introductory coaching session contact me at [email protected] to set it up.  Put "coaching" in the subject line. My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to the books on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
