Mark found Trager (somatic touch work) while attending medical school. As an already active, embodied person, he found this somatic work gave him a more fully embodied experience. This shaped the trajectory of how he would practice medicine. He has a rich and diverse background that he has combined in a unique and expansive manner that finds the common ground amongst the various systems in which he is trained.
