Mystery Revealed: NJ Congressman MIA To Treat Depression

As promised, New Jersey Congressman Tom Kean Jr. delivered a speech on the House floor to explain missing 140 votes and 4 months of work. Kean said he was diagnosed with depression and upon advice of his doctors, he remained in the hospital for treatment to battle the disease.
