Nailed It: The Nuts & Bolts of Construction Claims

On this episode, Meghan and co-host Kyle talk to Walter Nelson, Claims Manager at TSIB. Walter has 30 years of experience as an insurance specialist. He began his career as an auto and homeowner’s adjuster with SAFECO in Fountain Valley, CA.  Within a year, he was moved into commercial lines focusing primarily on construction defect claims.  Most of his career has focused on the direct handling and management of multi-million-dollar exposure complex litigated residential and commercial construction defect, and general liability claims with an emphasis on coverage, contract, and damages analysis.
