Naked Yoga with Tamara Royal

Prompted by a (hilarious) misdirected DM sent to Melanie by mistake about how naked yoga would NEVER be on the table, I thought it would be worth diving into why someone would do naked yoga and what it means to Tamara who has been teaching it throughout 2024.    We share our experiences about naked yoga, women's retreats and returning back to comfort in your own skin.  Clothes can keep people attached to identities offering a veil between you and another person, it's really different when you show up in only skin.    You can find Tamara, with clothes and maybe without ;) through instagram @omiesyoga108
