Nancy Guthrie's Sheriff Said NO To The FBI's Plane?

The FBI Director says he had an aircraft on the ground, fueled, ready to fly DNA evidence from the Nancy Guthrie scene to Quantico through the night. He says the Pima County Sheriff sent it to a private lab in Florida instead.The sheriff says the decision was made on scene, based on operational needs, and that the two labs have worked in partnership from the start.
