Follow your instincts and intuition when deciding to take your power back and not accept the emotional abuse from a narcissist. No one should have permission to mistreat you and abuse you in any kind of way. Unless a person lives with you and the narc, they really can't tell you what to do. Don't let religion victimize you and keep you as a codependent for the narc. The Narcissist wants to keep you all to themselves. They don't want you or want anyone else to have you. That means, they're going to go after all of your friendships and family relationships to turn you against them or them against you, to ultimately isolate you from everyone. They want you to miserable, just like they are.! Don't feed into it!
