Nathan Stoltzfus is a property investor, licensed realtor, and a renovator of properties that are dilapidated. He has 7 years of experience in construction, and from an early age, his entrepreneurial spirit brought success through flipping properties. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Messiah College.   Nathan joins me today to share how he got started in real estate investing and flipping properties. He reveals the financials behind his first property flip and the strategies he uses to find deals.
