The NRAEF's Hospitality Opportunities for People Re-entering Society (HOPES) program is speculated to have an enhanced reach due to this grant, supporting communities such as Los Angeles, cities within Delaware, Boston and Worcester in Massachusetts, Cleveland in Ohio, Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, and Nashville in Tennessee. Proving its effectiveness, the HOPES program has served 1,200 individuals so far, with over 85% receiving occupational skills training and over 60% securing employment within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
