Researchers at national Taiwan University have made progress speeding up hair growth using mono unsaturated fatty acids diluted in alcohol. The specific fatty acids are oleic acid and palmitoleic acid. These are found in oil such as sunflower oil and olive oil, respectively. This is encouraging to artisanhair product formulas like myself.
