Nature Walk Spiels #34

Open your ears to some nature walk spiels, inspired by my lovely cosmic friend Christian Joy who does pod walks and recently discovered them- check out her podcast here I recorded this episode while connecting to nature on a nature walk, which was quite refreshing and flowing. You can see the path I walked along with the random seat on the hill in the video. There might be some triggers, as I came across some guys hunting so, heads up to animal lovers for that part. But other than that it's a nature inspired spiel about cleansing our energy, observing our self talk, & finding learnings in the most unexpected ways.
