I'm realizing if I want to do big things, I'm going to need to BE SEEN on a bigger level first. Even if that means the person seeing all of you FULLY, clearly, and deeply–is YOU! And that comes with a lot of fears. In this episode, I'm sharing what I discovered during a breathwork session that helped me understand not only that I had a deep rooted fear of being seen, but the underlying reasons WHY, so I can finally stop letting that fear hold me back.
