Why I Created An "Audacious List" and How It Could Be The Thing That Changes Everything

I've never gone this in depth before, I've never made sure I had this detailed of a plan, and I feel like there is only one way I could fail. In this episode, I'm walking you through the simple process I used to create what I'm calling my "Audacious List", a list of bold moves broken down into a 90-day plan designed to help me build real momentum in the areas I've wanted to grow and change in for a while. I'm sharing how Lori Harder's audacity framework sparked this, how I used ChatGPT to get painfully honest about my self-sabotage patterns, and how I turned the whole thing into an actual execution plan inside Asana. If you're ready to stop letting fear dictate your decisions and start taking the kinds of actions that make your next level inevitable, this episode will give you a clear, doable way to start. HIGHLIGHTS How to get yourself to make bigger, bolder, more audacious moves FASTER. How to quickly identify the next best step toward your biggest goal (especially when you feel stuck). One simple process to turn big dreams into a clear, 90-day action plan you can actually follow. How to build real consistency, without relying on motivation or "being in the mood." NYC Life Update, Hiring & What I'm Doing To Eliminate Chaos

Ever feel like you're building the plane while you're flying it? Same. In today's episode, I'm sharing what I'm learning in real time about following the plan and why planning ahead is the only way I've found to feel grounded, productive, and way less reactive. I'm giving you a little NYC life update (SoHo errands still blow my mind), a behind-the-scenes peek into interviewing candidates for a leadership role in my business, and the weekly rhythm Danny and I have been doing so we can execute with clarity and actually enjoy our downtime. If you're a visionary who resists structure but knows you need it to hit your next level, this one's for you. HIGHLIGHTS Why "follow the plan" is my theme for 2026 and how it reduces stress fast. The planning layers that make execution easier: annual planning, quarterly check-ins, Sunday weekly planning, and nightly prep. How to stop being reactive when life and business get loud (literally, NYC streets included.) What I learned after interviewing six candidates in one week and why reps build confidence. How to protect your creative energy while still building routines that keep you consistent. The mindset shift that turns planning into freedom, not restriction. I'm sharing what it's been like living in NYC after dreaming about it for a decade, and the simple framework that took me from wishing to doing: get organized, make a plan, and follow it even when your feelings want to hijack the moment. I'll walk you through how I'm setting goals for my health, marriage, family, and business this year and the practical systems I'm using to stay consistent, so you can build your own "success is inevitable" plan too.   HIGHLIGHTS A simple way to turn a huge dream into a clear plan you can actually follow. The "follow the plan" mindset shift for when motivation dips and your vices get loud. A practical strategy for using your calendar and alarms to create consistency without relying on willpower. My First 24 Hours Living in NYC (Raw UNEDITED Voice Note)

We finally did it! On Tuesday, my daughter Naveya and I moved to NYC, and my boys will officially arrive with the rest of our stuff today. This has been a dream a decade in the making and last night after soaking in the first 24 hours of this being home base I had to record some thoughts into my phone before I went to bed. I intentionally left this episode unedited. I wanted this to feel like a voice note from a friend. You'll hear the ac in my room kick on, some city sounds in the background and pauses as I was thinking. I hope this episode makes you want to write down a list of things you love about your life, or maybe even do something crazy like we are, putting all your special things in storage and traveling. Trying on a favorite new place to call home. This is just the beginning of something BIG.  HIGHLIGHTS What it feels like finally living out my dream of moving to NYC. The moments I've been grateful for most in this first 24 hours. Lessons from small inconveniences + problem solving. The gratitude practice I did for perspective + presence. Why Problems Are A Sign You're About to Make Your Next Breakthrough

One of my new team members recently quit. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I'm sharing why I chose to thank the problem and what I'm learning from it. We just got back from filming Chris and Lori Harder's Elite Entrepreneur Mastermind and one of the exercises Lori walked through taught how setting big goals actually attracts the exact challenges you need to become the entrepreneur you're meant to be. If you're feeling overwhelmed by obstacles or wondering how to level up your business and leadership skills, this episode is going to give you a fresh perspective on turning problems into your greatest teachers. HIGHLIGHTS Goals attract the exact challenges you need to achieve them. The biggest lessons I learned from a team member quitting. Would You Want to Be In A Relationship With You?

Hey friend! In this episode, I'm getting real about self-love and what it actually looks like in practice. I'm sharing how a simple haircut sparked some major reflections about how I treat myself, why discipline is the highest form of self-care, and how the little choices we make every day either set us up for success or hold us back. If you've ever struggled with keeping promises to yourself or wondered how to level up your confidence, get ready for some tough love and real talk about becoming the person who can make your biggest dreams happen!   HIGHLIGHTS The realization I had in a salon chair of how I need to show up for myself later. Why discipline is the most important form of self-love. How to focus on the end goal vs temporary "treat yourself" moments. The ROI of investing in yourself and getting dressed up. Navigate the Fear of Being Misunderstood & Be Seen On A Bigger Level Than Ever Before

I'm realizing if I want to do big things, I'm going to need to BE SEEN on a bigger level first. Even if that means the person seeing all of you FULLY, clearly, and deeply–is YOU! And that comes with a lot of fears. In this episode, I'm sharing what I discovered during a breathwork session that helped me understand not only that I had a deep rooted fear of being seen, but the underlying reasons WHY, so I can finally stop letting that fear hold me back. If you've been struggling with putting yourself out there, and sense there's a bigger calling you're meant to answer, this episode is for you!   HIGHLIGHTS The hidden belief that was keeping me "small" I discovered in breathwork. What I'm working through as I'm putting myself out there to be seen. Things to keep in mind as you're starting something new you aren't great at (yet!) Is It Time to Take On More Pressure?

The fastest and funnest way to accomplish a goal is to surround yourself with people who are also running towards that goal with you. To say I'm grateful for all the support and excitement you've shared with me for the launch of this podcast feels like the craziest understatement. As I set out to create this podcast I felt so confident, obviously because I've done this a ton for others - but also because I knew that in my circle of friends, launching a podcast is a cool thing to do. I've spent the last few years building friendships where the cool thing is to start a business, to do personal development, pick up a healthy habit, ditch a shitty one, or launch a new offer. So my quick episode for today is the reminder to seek out friends who are doing the things you want to do. Not only because they'll be able to give you tips and support, but also because some positive peer pressure (aka accountability) goes a long way.   HIGHLIGHTS How to find friends that encourage and support your goals and dreams.  The power of leveraging positive peer pressure. I've been able to go back to those same lessons to build the life and business I have today!   HIGHLIGHTS A peek into our story and how hitting "rock bottom" led to finding personal development. This One's for the Visionaries

For most of my life I had this negative connotation of being a "dreamer". As if being a dreamer somehow meant I wasn't (or could never be) a doer. Like most things in life, it's not all or nothing, it's "yes, and…" Yes, be the dreamer, and take action. In this very first episode, I'm sharing how I'm using my superpower of being a dreamer (aka Visionary) as a leader. I also tell the story of the time I faked my way into getting a cute pair of glasses, and what I can learn from my 6 year old self about business.    HIGHLIGHTS What I can learn from my 6 year old self about business. 2 ways I'm using my superpower of being a visionary (especially leading my team!)
